Dan St. Germain is a comedian, writer, and actor working in NY. A
2009 ECNY nominee for Best Emerging Comic, his stand up's been
featured on shows such as The College Humor Live Show, You’re Welcome
produced by MTV at Webster Hall, Comedy Central at Crash Mansion, Whip
Lash at UCB, Comedy Below Canal at 92Y, Risk with Kevin Allison, 50
First Jokes at Webster Hall, Punch Up Your Life at Housing Works, Tell
Your Friends at Lolita Bar, Saturday Night at the Boston Comedy
Studio, and with the sketch groups Derek and Murder Fist. At Comix
Comedy Club he’s been featured during a weekend with Andy Kindler and
Eugene Mirman, Heart of Darkness, Irish Eyes are Laughing with Patrice
O’Neal, An Evening with Kyle Kinane and Kumail Nanjiani, An Evening
with Pete Holmes and Joe DeRosa, Drink and Work, and will be
headlining his own Evening with on September 16. He was a finalist in
the NY Comedy Contest, a semi-finalist in the Boston Comedy Festival,
featured in the University of North Carolina Comedy Festival, and will
be featured at the Out of Bounds Comedy Festival in Austin. He has
been profiled in Time Out NY, the NY Post, Comical Radio, the Comic’s
Comic, and Break Through Radio. He’s performed in colleges such as
Princeton, Bard, Temple, and Columbia University as well as benefits
for Toys for Tots at the Sage Theater and the Middletown N.J.
Firefighter’s Association. He’s contributed for the Onion News Network
Online and the show premiering on IFC in the fall. He’s currently
contributing for the Onion Sports Network which will premiere on
Comedy Central next winter. He’ll be featured in a SPIKE TV promotion
in July on Spiketv.com and is currently in a Bushmills Whiskey
promotion. His play Jersey Story was performed at the Young
Playwright’s Festival and Conference in 2002. They Hated Each Other, a
two man show he created with fellow comedian Jared Logan (Last Comic
Standing, Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham), has been performed at the
BK Lyceum at Gentrify Brooklyn and will be performed at the UCB in
August. He is currently collaborating with Mike Terry (Anchor for the
Onion News Network) and Brent Sullivan (Comedy Central’s Live at
Gotham) on Morning Bash a fake morning radio show. He is a co-producer
of Wood Shed Productions, along with Mike Lawrence, which held comedic
events last year such as Auld Lanxiety and Wrestlemania Woodshed. He
is the co-creator of Jake the Snake is Lost in Space, featured on
Spike, and has been featured in many Wolf Angle shorts. He is
represented by Olivia Wingate.
